1 - The Website is warranted as long as the client is in good standing and is current with monthly fees.
2 - A complete Brokerage Website can be developed and setup for $5,000. However, additional custom design (beyond the included 20 hrs), custom modules, custom interfaces, etc. will increase the total cost to develop the initial website.
